Delivery Information

Most of our gift products are individually personalised and made to order. While we cannot guarantee next-day delivery, we endeavour to despatch all orders within 24 hours of receipt. 

We offer FREE tracked delivery on all UK mainland orders, regardless of order value. (Exceptions apply — see below.)

Manufacturing & Personalisation Lead Times

All products are typically manufactured and personalised within 1–3 working days from the time of order. Lead times are based on orders received before 12 noon and may vary slightly due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

A working day is defined as Monday to Friday.

FREE Delivery Exceptions

The following areas or destinations are not included in our free UK mainland delivery policy and are subject to the charges below:

• Scottish Highlands and Islands (2–4 days from despatch) – £6

• Northern Ireland (2–11 days from despatch) – £6

• Southern Ireland (2–11 days from despatch) – £6

• Channel Islands (2–4 days from despatch) – £6

• European Deliveries (5–6 days from despatch) – £10

• Rest of World (7–14 days from despatch) – £15

Damaged or Delayed Deliveries

If any items arrive damaged, you must inform us within two working days so we can resolve the issue and file a claim with the delivery company. Please include your order number and postcode in all correspondence. We may request photographic evidence of the damage (including packaging) or ask for the return of the item.

If your goods haven’t arrived within 6 working days (UK mainland), or within the delivery timeframe for your region, please contact us as soon as possible.

By placing an order, you agree that proof of delivery provided by our courier is sufficient evidence that the goods have been received.
