The vast majority of our gift products are individually personalised and made to order, which makes it difficult to guarantee a next-day delivery service. However, we endeavour to despatch orders within 24 hours from receipt of your order, and goods are generally delivered the day after being despatched. We offer a FREE standard delivery service on all order values over £25 to the UK mainland. (exceptions apply, see below). Otherwise our standard delivery charge of £4.00 will apply (UK mainland).
Manufacture and personalisation lead times (from time of order)
1-3 days - cards, chocolate bars, selected mugs, engraved, printed and embroidered items, candles, wines, beers and spirits, posters, stationery, childrens books, newspapers and calendars.
3-4 days - ceramics, fired and printed glass.
All others: 2-4 days.
Although we endeavour to despatch all orders by the above lead times, these may be affected from time to time due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
A day is defined as a working day, Monday to Friday. Lead times are based on orders received before 12 noon.
FREE delivery exceptions
The following areas or countries are not covered by our free delivery policy, and are charged at the rates listed, depending on the delivery address or postcode.
Scottish Highlands and Islands (2-4 days from despatch) - £6
Northern Ireland (2-4 days from despatch) - £6
Southern Ireland (3-4 days from despatch) - £6
Channel Islands (2-4 days from despatch) - £6
European Deliveries (5-6 days from despatch) - £10
Rest of world (7-14 days from despatch) - £15
You must inform us within two working days if any goods received have been damaged in transit, so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number and postcode in all correspondence. Photographic proof of the damaged product, including its packaging, or the return of the item, may be required.
Please inform us if your goods have not arrived within 6 days from your order confirmation (UK Mainland), or an appropriate time, as per our delivery schedule listed for Europe or the rest of the world.
You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.
